Meet Lincoln Hernandez, MD
Lincoln Hernandez, M.D. is a Gastroenterology Specialist. He completed his internal medicine residency at NYU Downtown Hospital with top honors earning him the Program Director’s Award and the John T. Flynn Young Investigator Award. Then, he was awarded a fellowship in Clinical Nutrition at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. During this period, Dr. Hernandez worked as an instructor in Clinical Medicine.

Dr. Hernandez is a trained professional with over 20 years of experience and has been practicing in New York City since early 2012. Dr. Hernandez was a research fellow at Columbia University’s Celiac Disease Center. During this time, he published various articles in peer-review journals, including his work in Celiac Disease. He completed his fellowship training in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Tulane University’s School of Medicine in New Orleans. Then, he was appointed as Gastroenterologist for Ochsner Clinic, Baton Rouge. Here, Dr. Hernandez excelled as a young specialist performing complex therapeutic Endoscopy and also contributed to the expansion of Gastroenterology clinics.
